Onboarding fees
Onboarding fees cover planning, deployment, integrations, and configuration work performed by the EngagePro team. Because this work begins shortly after purchase, onboarding fees are generally non‑refundable once the project has started.
In exceptional cases where significant onboarding work has not yet commenced, we may at our discretion provide a partial or full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe this applies to your organization.
Subscription fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the agreed billing period (typically annual). If you choose to cancel, access will remain active through the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are not refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Service issues
If you experience a material service issue, please open a support request so we can investigate and resolve it. Where we confirm a sustained outage or defect that materially impacts your ability to use EngagePro as contracted, we may provide a service credit or other remedy, as described in your commercial agreement.
How to request a refund
To discuss a potential refund, contact our team at billing@engagepro.ai with:
- Your organization name.
- Billing contact and email address used at purchase.
- Invoice or transaction reference, if available.
- A brief description of your request.
